Cynthia has over 20 years of executive leadership experience, including holding the executive vice
president role at one of the largest privately-held multifamily management companies in the country. Under Cynthia’s direction, property operations more than doubled, increasing from 9,000 to more than 20,000 units. Cynthia also successfully rehabilitated over $100 million in real estate and was responsible for overseeing the company’s marketing, IT, human resources, training and auditing initiatives. Prior to joining the multifamily industry, Cynthia held senior executive positions and the highest certification (SPHR) in Human Resources with customer service and performance-oriented organizations. Cindy has a BS degree from Mississippi State University.
Angela has 20 years of progressive management experience in the multifamily industry. Before founding SMP, she was senior vice president of the largest property management company in Georgia, supervising 32,000 units and overseeing the marketing, training, compliance and resident services departments, while also serving on the board of directors. Her experience encompasses all class types including new construction lease-up, student housing, tax credit, bond, home funds and low-income housing. She was responsible for the strategic planning of the management division for all of the company’s assets. Angela managed client relationships within her portfolio, including institutional lenders, special services, individual investors and government agencies. She has an array of industry designations. She was a business finance major at the University of Tennessee.
Strategic Management Partner’s Senior Management Team is comprised of Certified Property Managers (CPM), Certified Apartment Managers (CAM), Accredited Residential Managers (ARM), Housing Credit Certified Professionals (HCCP), and a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) who individually have at least 15 years experience in all aspects of management including tax credit, student housing, co-op, receivership, and traditional multi-family management for both individual owners and investment groups. Our Senior Management team also includes two dedicated Rehabilitation Specialists who have a combined project management experience upwards of $218 million.
