Groundskeeper/Porter This position is responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain curb appeal under the direction of the Property Manager. This position reports directly to the Service Supervisor/Property Manager.
Punch Technician This position is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations and to the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Service Supervisor/Property Manager. Responsibilities include completing all maintenance service requests as assigned, monitoring and maintaining all building systems, preparing vacant units for move in. This position reports directly to the Service Supervisor/Property Manager.
Assistant Property Manager This position is responsible for assisting the property manager with all aspects of leasing the units on the property, rent collections and the day-to-day operations of the property. Responsibilities include preparing and filing leases, collecting rent and retaining current tenants through renewal efforts. This position reports directly to the Property Manager.
Housekeeper This position is responsible for the housekeeping services of the community under the supervision of the Property Manager or Service Supervisor. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the clubhouse and/or business office and prepare vacant apartments for market readiness. This position reports directly to the Property Manager.
Leasing Consultant This position is responsible for performing all functions associated with physically leasing all apartments. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, taking phone calls, greeting prospective residents, providing information, showing various apartments that are available for rent, and preparing all lease related paperwork. This position reports directly to the Property Manager.
Property Manager This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property. Responsibilities include overseeing all staff in the performance of maintenance, leasing, resident relations and financial reporting functions.
Service Supervisor This position is responsible for, the general maintenance/service and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment and when present, other maintenance staff. Responsibilities include maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pool chemicals, and related systems. This position reports directly to the Property Manager and as needed, to the Service Director.
